This year it was my first AutCo)) Our LC was represented by 3 delegates: Angel(a)- our favourite LCP, Anja - our newie, and me - VP PD...
This conference was the first conference, when I had no rest at all... and as for me it seams pretty odd, that on the Black Sea shore you can't even go to the beach for some couples hours) But never the less we had fun.. a lot of fun.. working all days llong, even during the breaks, lunches and dinners) even instead of parties or sleping we had to work in our functional metings or in working groups)

The person, who effected us deeply was the Chair! Igor Solodov became the best Chair and almost a perfect role model for me!

We had a lot of differrent interesting stuff going on during those 5 days. We had special work group for LC's, that are just trying to start their work. Also we had thematical work groups. And st the end of 4th beautiful day there was legislaion! Our fate depended from ten minutes of voting! And we did it! WE ARE AN INITIAIVE GROUP NOW!!!!!!! but with that status comes a lot of responsiblity!!!!! but i'm pretty sure, that our team can do that! And we have awesome mentor LC, that supports and guides us... LC Kiev)

... or RecrutCo, as Muza calls it) I was sitting today, trying to make some B-Day card and at that moment I thought that I didn't post anything about those cool two days of my life! It was really great time with cool people!
We were talking mostly about coming rectuitment! But the main thing that I took from that kids summer camp was that PD team is one of the best teams ever! I fall in love with everyone!!
Pidirvy, you are all so different, but very interesting people! thank you, that one little girl felt like she knew all of you for years!!!
Next week after that, Muza sent us outpoots.... and we all started to work hard!!! listen to that WORK HARD!!!! it means, that soon we'll have to play hard! and i know, that PD team can handle that!

Mentors

Today we had the first visitor from the mentor LC. This time it was Anton Chornyy, IS coordinator @ Kiev! And we had a training on IT stuff (Web 2.0 conception). It was very interesting and useful training! We loved it!
Today we held it on the beautiful nature of Berezhynka's pond! Si the conditions were not very ordinary, but our guest liked it and had a little time just to enjoy the unusual day in LC Kirovohrad!!! Can you imagine, he did what I couldn't, he motivated one guy to work as the IS CO in Kirovohrad and to have AIESEC in his life!!! So thank's for everything!!!!

"Trainng the trainers" was the name of the conference, that took place in Bucha, August 12-13! it was a great training, that Nordic gave to AIESECers) There were 14 delegates from different LC and one great trainer Diana Kebas! Everyone loved her!! She is the kind of person, who gives all information in different ways and she makes us to want to take what she was giving us! And we took!
We learned how to work with group, how to control the level of your adrenalin, for it not to disturb you during the class! We even used our creativity to imagine the ideal trainer!!! Some of us were artists, some movie directors and some were sculptors! We brainstormed, disscused different topics and tryed ourselves as trainers!
At the very end we got sertificates and had a little connection and feadback time! We loved it!!!!

We had a lot of fun of the LDS!!! Guitar is the thing, that almost every aiesecer loves (or LC loves it for sure))).. going to the lake)) fun people, intereting conversations! it was really time to relax and to get what you want from the givev! isn't it great!

LDS was a pretty interesting conference!!! There was a lot of impressive stuff on each agenda! And I think everyone loved this conference))) All speajers were just great and gave alot of useful information!

Parties were also very awesome! All of them!!! Our LC especially loved "angel and devi" party! There were teo delegates from Kirovohrad, so one of the was angel (Angel(a), isn't it too simular to her name???)))) and and another (Kateryna) was a devil ))))

Sheshory

Sheshory is a pretty fun festival of ethnical music and landart. So, three people from our LC went there to spend some great time!!!! here you can see photo evidence of that!!!

We lived on the backyard in a tent. but almost all time we spend on the frontyard. there was a boy. his name was Velas. he is 2,5.... so look where our next generation is going!!!!!

Here's also stuff that you can laugh at. that man was a journalist!!!!

But this gye was awesome! he was like a story teller on ukrainian dancing master class. everyone just loved to listen to him telling some old folk ukrainian joke ))))))

Last week we started to plan our PBoXes. It was something like LCC, and we wanted to spend it somewhere outdoors, but the rain crushed our plans. So we went to our unofficial office and worked.. we worked that day pretty hard, but ate harder :) So here some pics of that great event...

On 26th of May we had our big conference. That was pretty nice.

WORK. We worked hard to get this conference to be a huge event in our lives and lives of our delegates. And we did it! It was twice harder, cause that day we also had to get our finals in some classes. So we were here and there. but still we could make everything work out!!!

RESEPTION. Those members who worked there were very buisy. Cause the amount of people at the moment was sometimes so great, that even three people couldn't handle that.

Our BIG MAMA. This person is incredibly cool. She loves our LC and she has real faith in that we'll be one of the best in our city. She supports us and helps us on every our step. So, THANK YOU, LJUBOV GRYGORIVNA. We love you!

So this conference was successful. And that is soooo gooood. We believe, that our LC will become a real part of AIESEC. And we thank everyone who helped us: @Kiev (Marina, Nastja and Natasha ), Bosa L. G., Kirovograd National Technical University, all pertners and people who were invited to our conference.
